Bane leads case preparation and release planning for Broken Champions: intake from people still inside, document readiness, release plans, and coordination with facility case managers and community partners. He oversees the reentry case-prep database and the county-by-county partner network, and is the first call for families and partners.

Walt served for eight years as a pastor at New Castle Correctional Facility and serves with Northview Church. He leads Broken Champions' pastoral care and its partnerships with churches and chaplaincies, and oversees how faith-based programming stays voluntary and separate from the services we offer to everyone.

Matthew designed the Dream Team model: twelve Waypointers, the four actions, the covenant, and the reentry fund that builds credit before release. He also wrote the training curriculum and the release-day protocol. He works behind the scenes, writing, building systems and training materials, so that the people doing the work face to face can lead.
