A Dream Team is a 12-person accountability unit that walks alongside one returning citizen — a Broken Champion. The weight of restoration is distributed across twelve so no single person carries an unsustainable load. It's a suspension bridge that stays standing even when one person needs to step back.
The 12-week covenant is built for working adults — deliberately achievable, deliberately faithful.

The weekly $12 stewardship isn't a subscription — it's a covenant. It moves through a circular capital loop designed to fund restoration without depending on a single government grant.

The infrastructure that Dream Teams help build is envisioned as a federation of seven independent companies — each designed to employ, house, train, and build wealth for restored champions. The model is designed so that a 50% ownership floor belongs to the workers themselves — structured into the federation's governance, not offered as a bonus.

Leadership leads by serving. The structure reflects servant-leadership rather than extraction — a principle shared across faith traditions worldwide.
Overcomers Need Each Other
O.N.E. is the binding principle. Advancement is always paired — mentor and mentee, worker and worker. No one walks out, walks up, or graduates alone.
