Broken Champions Dream Team — a mentor walking alongside a returning citizen at the prison gate. Galatians 6:2: Carry each other's burdens. From Broken to Becoming.

Galatians 6:2 · Matthew 25:36

The Dream Team

No champion walks out alone. Twelve people, one covenant, and a structured path from the prison gate to ownership.

What Is a Dream Team

Twelve People. One Covenant.

A Dream Team is a 12-person accountability unit that walks alongside one returning citizen — a Broken Champion. The weight of restoration is distributed across twelve so no single person carries an unsustainable load. It's a suspension bridge that stays standing even when one person needs to step back.

$12 / Week
Stewardship that builds real infrastructure

The 12-week covenant is built for working adults — deliberately achievable, deliberately faithful.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."

Galatians 6:2
The $12 Covenant

Where Every Dollar Goes

The weekly $12 stewardship isn't a subscription — it's a covenant. It moves through a circular capital loop designed to fund restoration without depending on a single government grant.

Infrastructure
Builds the physical housing and business infrastructure of the federation — the foundation on which restored champions become owners.
What Will Be Built From It

Seven Industries. One Closed Loop.

The infrastructure that Dream Teams help build is envisioned as a federation of seven independent companies — each designed to employ, house, train, and build wealth for restored champions. WeBuilders builds it, Thoroughly Furnished furnishes it, FullWay houses workers, and the cycle compounds. This is the long-term vision the movement is working toward.

01 · Housing
FullWay
Residential Training Campuses
Private-suite residential campuses envisioned to replace the halfway-house model, with a Rent-to-Loan path turning monthly rent into equity toward a home of one's own.
02 · Automotive
G.A.G. — God's Auto Garage
Service & Franchise
A radically transparent automotive service model with live camera feeds and timestamped verification — trust rebuilt in an industry built on its absence.
03 · Manufacturing
Thoroughly Furnished
Zero-Waste Upcycling
"Dignity is found in the details." Furniture and textile manufacturing that furnishes every FullWay suite and trains champions in design and craft.
04 · Construction
WeBuilders
Real Estate Development
"Gut and Grace" crews that convert decommissioned buildings into homes — built with apprentice labor from the workforce being restored.
05 · Culinary
Master's Best
Culinary Arts & Hospitality
Food courts, catering, and restaurants where champions earn certification, train in management, and graduate into franchise pathways.
06 · Media
Creative Dawn
Transmedia & CGI Studio
A community-owned studio producing the Meet Me Halfway story universe and training champions in digital media, CGI, and audio production.
07 · Next Generation
K.E.P.T.
Kids Entrepreneurial Program
A gamified venture-capital incubator for the children of restored champions — carrying the model into the next generation. No one graduates alone.
The Wealth-Building Ladder

From a Gate to a Front Door

The vision is a structured path with sweat equity accruing at every step — so a person leaves prison not into a cycle, but onto a ladder.

1
Studio
A private suite at a FullWay campus — psychology, not luxury.
2
Townhome
A step up as stability and equity grow.
3
Starter Home
Built by WeBuilders, often with the champion's own hands.
4
Dream Home
Ownership — the destination the whole journey was pointed toward.
Redemptive Capitalism

The Giving Is the Design

This isn't charity bolted onto profit. It's a model where the people doing the work build real ownership through their contribution. The aim: turn labor into worship, and labor into equity.

People-First Ownership

The model is designed so that a 50% ownership floor belongs to the workers themselves — structured into the federation's governance, not offered as a bonus.

Luke 6:38

Lead Through Service

Leadership leads by serving. The structure reflects servant-leadership rather than extraction — a principle shared across faith traditions worldwide.

John 13:14

Overcomers Need Each Other

O.N.E. is the binding principle. Advancement is always paired — mentor and mentee, worker and worker. No one walks out, walks up, or graduates alone.

Ecclesiastes 4:9

Join the Movement

The first recruiting ground is the Church — prison ministries, congregations, and faith organizations already convinced of the mission and frustrated by inadequate tools. This is not a request for charity. It's an invitation to obedience. Whether you're an advocate, an employer, a faith leader, or someone who has walked the road yourself, there's a place for you on a Dream Team.

Forward-Looking Statements. This page describes a vision and a development plan. The Big Seven companies, FullWay campuses, the Wealth-Building Ladder, and the broader federation are aspirational and in various stages of planning and development — they are not all currently operating. Statements about what "will be built" involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results, outcomes, and timelines may differ materially. Nothing here is a guarantee of program success, funding, employment, housing, or financial outcomes.
This Is Not an Offer of Securities. This page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, equity interest, or investment of any kind. Any future offering of equity or investment interests would be made only through formal offering documents, in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws, and only to eligible persons. Joining a Dream Team is voluntary participation in a faith-based community initiative — not the purchase of a financial product.
Stewardship Contributions. Weekly stewardship is a voluntary covenant contribution to support the mission. It is not an investment, does not guarantee any return, and does not by itself entitle a participant to equity, profits, or ownership. Any equity participation referenced in planning materials would be governed solely by separate written agreements and applicable securities law, subject to review by qualified legal counsel.
No Guarantee of Outcomes. Reentry outcomes vary by individual circumstances and many factors outside anyone's control. References to support, employment, housing, or wealth-building describe goals and design intent — not promised results. Broken Champions is an Indiana nonprofit ministry pursuing 501(c)(3) recognition; uMattery Inc. and L.O.V.E.-O Inc. are separate for-profit entities.
