What to wear

Business casual: clean pants, a collared or plain shirt, clean shoes.

Questions they may ask

  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. Why do you want to work here?
  3. Do you have a criminal record? Tell me about it.
  4. Why is there a gap in your work history?

Since then I have [what you have done]. I am ready to work, and I am covered by the free Federal Bonding Program for my first six months."

Keep it under 30 seconds, be honest, and bring it back to the job. If your record was expunged, you may answer about the expunged part as if it never happened.
